David Zebro
Board Member

David Zebro has more than 34 years of experience in finance, operations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as a Principal for Strategic Investments and Holdings, Inc., a Buffalo-based investment holding company. Before joining the firm in 1984, Zebro held senior management positions in finance, planning and operations with several Fortune 500 and smaller companies. Zebro is a past chairman of Goodwill Industries of Western New York, the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He served on the boards of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the Community Foundation of Western New York and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. He currently serves on the boards of the Center for Hospice & Palliative Care of Western New York. Since 2002, Zebro has been a Director of First Niagara Bank, and currently serves as Vice Chairman. In addition, he has served on the boards of several private companies.
